Huizhou New Manufacturing Base
To support long-term customer programs in automotive interiors, automotive materials, and advanced industrial applications, YUNDY is developing a new manufacturing base in Huizhou, Guangdong. The new base is planned around foam new materials, converted foam components, and automotive interior support capabilities, strengthening R&D, scalable production, program launch, and long-term supply.
The base is planned as an integrated manufacturing campus with a focus on efficient production, safe and energy-conscious operations, and environmental compliance. Built around foam new materials and converted products, it will support applications such as automotive interiors, thermal and acoustic insulation, sealing materials, battery-related components, electronic specialty materials, and composite materials, with an R&D center and advanced supporting equipment. Its planning also reserves room for future expansion, capacity ramp-up, and long-term program support.
